Hosting and server log files
This website runs on a dedicated server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, and details about your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the site running securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not merged with any other data. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server. Third-party content is only loaded if you explicitly trigger it with a tap (see the SoundCloud player below).
SoundCloud player
The sets on the front page can be played right there. The SoundCloud player is only loaded once you tap "Play". Only then does your browser connect to SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany). In doing so, your IP address and details about your device in particular are transmitted, and SoundCloud may set or read cookies. The legal basis is your consent given by that tap (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, ยง 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time by not starting the player; cookies already set can be deleted in your browser. Details are inSoundCloud's privacy policy.
Links to external platforms
This site links to Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, SoundCloud and Instagram. No data is transmitted to those providers before you click. Once you follow a link, you leave this website and the privacy policy of the platform in question applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Write to the email address above to exercise them. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
